Why Make Kid’s Best Your Summer Day Camp?

#1 We are state licensed, so you can be confident about our security and quality.
Your child’s safety is our top priority.  You can be confident that all employees have undergone thorough background and reference checks, abuse prevention training, and CPR training.

#2 Kid's have more fun when they LEARN & PLAY.
We learn in the mornings and play in the afternoons (see our daily schedule).  Every week has a different theme!  We build into our daily and weekly schedules creativity and fun!!!

#3 You only pay for the days/weeks you attend & there are no weekly deposits.
You may sign up for as many or as few weeks as you need.  Also, we have 2, 3, 4, and 5 day options.  We are open the whole summer (June 13 – August 30, 2019).

Why are there NO weekly deposits?  Two reasons:
1) We have a great camp that both kids and parents love.  So, we don't have people canceling or dropping out.
2) Plans and schedules do change and you shouldn't be penalized for having a normal life.

#4 Our rates are inexpensive; our camp is NOT cheap.
We work hard to make Kid's Best the best summer day camp in Madison.  Our quality is why we have so many families have their kids come back year after year.  Also, we don’t have a profit motive.  What you pay in tuition shows up in the classroom and activities.  Lastly, we want quality day camps, like Kid’s Best, to be affordable and accessible to all families.  Our rates are as follows:
5 days - $165/wk
4 days - $150/wk
3 days - $130/wk
2 days - $110/wk

#5 Music is a big part of Kid's Best.
Music Week (August 13-17) the pinnacle of the summer and features the kids presenting a musical on Friday night (Aug. 17).  We also have a music rotation most weeks of the summer.

#6 Our teachers are wonderful and truly love working with kids.
They are also well credentialed and meet all of the state requirements to teach at a day camp.  Our teaching staff is a good mix of veteran teachers at Kid’s Best along with some excellent new teachers this summer.

#7 We teach a practical and understandable Bible story each day.
All children and families are welcomed regardless of faith background, but please know that Bible stories will be taught and Christian values will be discussed.

#8 Kids need and crave variety.
That is why each week has a different theme and everyday has built in variety. We believe kids learn best and are most happy when they are not bored.
